Business Center 101: Where to Find Things

Looking for something in  your Youngevity Business Center? Chances are, it’s one of these things.

Here’s my Top Ten List for the most common Back Office “hot spots”.

Log in to your Business Center, then:

1) To place personal order:  
Click the “New Order” button
(You’re looking for the green shopping cart icon under purple nav bar)

2) To set up / edit your autoship:  
Click the “Autoship Profile” button
(You’re looking for the orange icon under purple nav bar)

3) To check status of personal orders:  
Click on My Orders –> My Orders –> Status 
(It will say “shipped” if shipped, and clicking that will give you tracking information.)

4) To find a specific team member:
Click on Genealogy –> Genealogy Search –> View Account 
(Left-hand side will show ID number, phone, sponsor, enroller, enrollment date, autoship status, and email. Additional options are below. Right-hand side will show all orders placed.)

5) To check status of team member’s order:
Click on Genealogy –> Genealogy Search –> View Account –> Status 
(It will say “shipped” if shipped, and clicking that will give you tracking information.)

6) To place someone:  
Click on Genealogy –> Frontline Placement 
(When your enroll a new PC or distributor, you have 60 days to move them. It’s strongly recommended that you contact your upline to discuss strategy before moving people. Once moved, they can’t be moved again. Once 60 days have passed, you can’t move them at all.)

7) To view your downline:  
Click on Genealogy –> Advanced Genealogy
(Leave defaults and click “Submit”. If you’re looking for your genealogy for a previous month, you’ll need to edit the “Between __ and __” section before hitting “Submit”.)

8) To view the downline of a team member:  
Click on Genealogy –> Genealogy Search –> View Account –> View Downline Report 
(You’re looking for the downline report under “Options” on the left-hand side. Once you click on that report, you’ll hit “Submit” just like you do when you’re searching your own genealogy.)

9) To view past commissions:
Click on Commissions –> My Commissions
(This will show you previous month’s commissions and any weekly commissions for the current month IF those weeks have been posted. Commission weeks close on Saturdays at midnight and weekly commissions are posted on or around the second Wednesday following the close of the commission week.)

10) To enroll a new associate (Distributor or Preferred Customer): 
Click on Enroll New Associate
